Do we need to have a stove to keep food warm?
No. We have proper equipment to keep food warm or cold for the entire time we are serving.
Do we have to supply plates and silverware?
No. We supply plates, utensils, and napkins for all guests.
Should we schedule guests to come later so you have time to warm the food?
No. We will arrive one hour early to set up and warm up
food.
Is there something we need to supply?
Yes. Soft drinks, liquor, and beer. We do not supply these.
Is the food frozen overnight?
No. Freezing food loses flavor. All the food we cater is cooked the morning of the event, so it is fresh when we
serve.
